Discounted options for SpaCIE students

Aluni.Net is a company dedicated to the management and marketing of accommodation for students and young professionals throughout Spain. It has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Granada and Alcalá de Henares. With more than 30,000 students housed, it is an agency that not only markets student apartments, but also, in most cases, manages rentals. Renting an apartment through Aluni is a guarantee of security: it is a well-known company in Spain and with international prestige.

Residence halls on or off Campus

If you want to stay on campus if it is available, university residences are the first option you should consult. Depending on the university where your classes are held, you will have more or less options.

Non-university residence halls

University residence halls (info in Spanish only)

All Madrid universities have residence halls (“colegios mayores”). Sometimes, they are run by universities, and sometimes are ascribed to universities, but not run by them.

Unfortunately, the information on these residence halls is usually only in Spanish. There are several web pages that can be used to find “colegios mayores”:
